There are two types of Skill Points you can Spend in Cyberpunk 2077 to upgrade your character and improve their performance in or out of combat – Attribute Points and Perk Points.

If you are swimming in crafting resources, then craft three to four Legendary items at a time and then go to the inventory to see if you got the desired perfect stats outcome or you have to continue crafting.
